Port Logistics

In August 2004 we installed a camera system at the Port of Brisbane to allow port users to monitor truck movements at the container terminals. The two cameras film the truck marshalling areas at both the Patrick and DP World terminals on Fisherman Islands, and are screened live through the Internet. The webcams are located on two separate light towers adjacent to the Brisbane Multimodal Terminal. Transport operators, freight forwarders, container parks and other related port users are able to use the webcams to assist tracking container receivals and deliveries.
