Expressions of interest are sought, from interested parties, for the leasing of land and facilities at Allpass Parade, Shorncliffe.

The land area has over 100 metres of water frontage and direct, deep-water access to Moreton Bay.

The existing facility had previously operated as a seafood processing, wholesale, retail business and has associated improvements, including cold rooms, retail shopfront and fuel storage.
