To assist applicants address the Sustainable Development Guidelines, we have produced a number of development and design-based fact sheets. We encourage anyone looking to lodge a development application with the Corporation to review these fact sheets as early as possible in their design process.

The following development-based fact sheets showcase three organisations that have incorporated sustainable development features in the design and construction of each facility:
