Equal Employment Opportunity

We are committed to the principle of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and the values of merit, equity and impartiality in recruitment and selection, and exercise impartiality in all areas of employment.

It is compulsory for all our employees to attend annual EEO/sexual harassment awareness training, and an EEO/sexual harassment awareness session is included as part of our induction process.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is a guide to assist employees to resolve any ethical issues that may arise in the course of their work.  It provides guidelines for appropriate behaviour by Corporation employees in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.

The Code of Conduct binds all Corporation employees.  If an employee breaches the Code, this will be considered a breach of discipline, and disciplinary action may be taken.
