Appointed as Deputy Chairman from 1 July 1999; re-appointed in 2003 until 30 June 2006; appointed as Chairman on 1 July 2005 until 30 September 2007; reappointed as Chairman from 1 October 2007 until 30 September 2009.
David is an experienced non-exectuive Director, with over 30 years' experience in industrial relations. He is currently Chairman of Australia TradeCoast, QMI Solutions, Industry Capability Network (Qld), and a Director of Queensland Investment Corporation and Brisbane Airport Corporation. David is also Chairman of the Mater Prostate Cancer Capital Campaign Committee. David was awarded the Centenary Medal (2003) for distinguised service to industrial relations.

Appointed from 1 July 2001 - 30 June 2005; appointed as Deputy Chairman in 2005 until 30 September 2007; reappointed as Deputy Chairman on 1 October 2007 until 30 September 2010.
Catherine is currently a Director of The Consultancy Bureau Pty Ltd, and is an accomplished leader in the provision of a broad range of management and consultancy services to the public, statutory and business sectors. She is a Director of Southern Regional Water Pipeline, Chair of the City Business and Advisory Board, and Councillor on the Royal National Association (RNA) Council.
[Emeritus] Professor Ted Brown AC
BE, MEngSc, PhD, DSc(Eng), FREng, FTSE, FIE Aust, FIMMM, MICE, MASCE, MAICD
Appointed from 1 July 2005 until 30 September 2007; reappointed from 1 October 2007 until 30 September 2009.
Ted has extensive international experience as a researcher, teacher, consultant and writer on rock mechanics and engineering. He is a Senior Consultant with Golders Associates Pty Ltd and undertakes research for The University of Queensland's Julius Kruttschnitt Research Centre. He is a former Dean of Engineering and Senior Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University. Ted is also a member of the South East Queensland Regional Electricity Council.
Peter Lancaster

Peter is founder and Chairman of food ingredients manufacturer, Food Spectrum. He is a National Councillor of Australian Industry Group, a member of the Premier's Smart State Council, a member of Queensland Government’s Manufacturing Leaders Group, a member of The University of Queensland’s School of Land and Food Sciences Advisory Committee, and President Elect of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology.
Peter is also a Board Member of Clover Corporation Ltd, and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Numega Ingredients Pty Ltd.
Peter Low

Appointed from 1 July 1999; re-appointed in 2003 until 30 June 2005; re-appointed in 2005 until 30 September 2007; reappointed from 1 October until 30 September 2009.
Peter has over 30 years' experience in retail and wholesale business. He is Managing Director of Kinellar Pty Ltd, a member of the Queensland China Council, the Brisbane City Council Chinatown & Valley Malls Advisory Committee, Hononary President of the Queensland Chinese Forum, President of the Chinese Museum of Queensland, and Vice President of the Cathay Community Association.
Sue Palmer

Appointed from 1 July 2003 - 30 June 2006; reappointed in 2006 until 30 September 2009
Sue is a Chartered Accountant with more than 26 years’ experience in diverse business sectors. She is General Manager, Finance and Commercial for the national Construction and Mining business within Leighton Contractors. Sue is a member of the Board of Maryborough Sugar and her previous board experience includes the Royal Blind Foundation of Queensland, and Deputy Chairman of the Queensland Competition Authority.
Glen Toll
B Comm LLB (Hons)
Appointed from 23 August 2007 until 30 September 2010.
Glen is a partner with Baker O'Brien & Toll Solicitors, and his practice forcuses on property and commercial legal issues. He was appointed as a director of the Bundaberg Port Authority on 1 July 1999, and as Chairman in July 2001. He now joins the Port of Brisbane Corporation as a Director, following the official merger with the Bundaberg Port Authority on 1 October 2007.
Glen has a strong interest in local community affairs, and has previously served as a Director of the Bundaberg Race Club and Chairman of the Bundaberg Rugby League judiciary panel.
Loftus Harris
FAICD
Appointed from 23 August 2007 until 30 September 2010.
Loftus was Director General of the NSW Department of State and Regional Development from 1997 to 2007. He has previously been Director General of the Queensland Department of the Premier, Economic and Trade Development, and of the Department of Tourism, Small Business and Industry. He was also Coordinator General for Queensland, and Executive Director of International Trade and Investment.
Loftus is a member of the Board of National Information and Communications Technology Australia, and holds directorships with the Chifley Business School and Tourism NSW. In March 2008, Loftus was appointed as the Trade Queensland's Special Representative to the Middle East and India.
Bill Guest
Appointed from 1 October 2007 until 30 September 2009.
Bill has over 50 years' experience in the shipping industry. He held senior positions within P&O for most of this time, and was part of the feasbility team that, in 1966, commenced the study to move from conventional to container shipping in Australia.
In 1982, he moved from Sydney to Brisbane, where he spent 13 years as Queensland State Manager of P&O Containers. In 1997, he joined Shipping Australia Ltd as Queensland Secretary. Bill is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logstics and Transport.
