Functions and Conferences
The Visitors Centre offers a wide variety of services to meet your specific needs for your function, conference, seminar, luncheon or dinner.
You can choose a menu from our wide selection of set and buffet menus, or plan your own with the help of our chef, Harold Fleming. Harold will provide you with imaginative food to suit all occasions, using local ingredients prepared with international flair.
Excellent conferences rely on smooth audiovisual operations. The Visitors Centre provides modern audiovisual technology to suit your every need.
Professionally trained catering and event management staff are also available to make your event a success.

Auditorium
The Auditorium is the ideal setting for training, presentations, product launches and seminars. With the capacity to hold up to 100 people, the room is very user-friendly.
It has state-of-the-art equipment with DVD, video, free-to-air television, data projections, radio microphones and video conferencing.
Conference rooms
The conference rooms are extremely versatile, capable of being divided into two or three rooms. Book any of these rooms for formal dinners, cocktail parties, conferences or meetings.
The rooms have natural light for meetings and lunches, or can be darkened for presentations. We can cater for all your audiovisual needs.
The Boardroom
The Boardroom can cater for up to 16 people. It is fully equipped with audiovisual equipment and remote control curtains.
This room has been soundproofed, should you require a little privacy. If you require an exclusive dining-room, our On The Lake Restaurant is right next door.
